Hi, I’m Zalary.
I’m a pragmatic technologist who’s obsessed with making things work better—for customers, for teams, and for the people stuck in between.
I’ve spent my career inside SaaS startups, often as the first or only person focused on making work work. That means rolling up my sleeves to build something from nothing: defining roles, standing up tools, writing playbooks, and untangling internal spaghetti so that teams (and their customers) can actually breathe.
I’ve worked closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex issues, partnered with product and operations to improve feedback loops, and quietly (but persistently) nudged the necessary teams to the strategic table.
Now, I help early-stage companies skip the chaos and build smarter foundations—ones that scale with them, not against them.

How I Work
I believe good teams are strategic, not reactive. It’s one of the clearest reflections of your product, your culture, and your priorities.
Here’s what working with me is like:
Thoughtful, Not Theoretical
I won’t throw generic frameworks at you. I start by understanding how your business actually runs—what your customers expect, what your team can handle, and what’s slowing you down.
Systems Thinker
Operations lives in the messy middle between customers, tools, and teams. I bring clarity to that middle. Whether it’s defining roles, mapping workflows, or choosing tools, I design with the whole system in mind.
Scrappy, But Scalable
I love a quick automation. I’ll write the Notion doc. I’ll jump into your Slack chaos. But I’ll also help you think six months ahead. You’ll leave with solutions that are lightweight now, but won’t break under growth.
Human First
I care a lot about making people feel seen—customers, team members, and founders. My work is grounded in empathy, communication, and building structures that support people, not just efficiency.
